Thursday morning held movement practice
Thursday mornings offer a shared held movement space to explore regular and rhythmic movement practice through providing space and time for inquiring bodies. For some this may be an opportunity to loosen previously held structures and defined practices, or to moving away from our own thought making patterns and previous training.
The first hour is directed through silent shared practice which allows us to cultivate modes of perceptual responsiveness to self and space, while the next hour will include curated soundscapes to stimulate and animate the space.
Please note, these morning sessions are aimed at participants who have an established and sustained movement practice.
